Stephanie Elmer Robin is a native of Baton Rouge, having attended Louisiana State University obtaining a B.A. in History in 2001. After taking time off to start a family, Ms. Robin enrolled at Southern University Law Center in 2007. While at SULC, Ms. Robin served as a member of the SULC Law Review, Secretary of the Student Bar Association, as well as participating as a student attorney in the law center's Mediation Clinic, focusing her attention on alternative methods of conflict resolution for inner city elementary students. She also served as a teaching assistant to 1L classes for Torts I & II and Civil Procedure, and was a member of various student organizations and committees, including the SULC Recruitment Committee.
In both 2009 and 2010, Ms. Robin was presented with the Chancellor's Leadership Award, receiving special recognition from Chancellor Freddie Pitcher, Jr. for her efforts and active involvement at the law center. She earned her J.D. in 2010, graduating cum laude.
Ms. Robin joined the predecessor firm in April 2011, where she worked under the guidance and tutelage of Steve Thompson. She joined Steve as a shareholder in the firm as a part of the spinoff of Thompson, d'Entremont & Robin, LLC. Ms. Robin currently represents clients in medical malpractice claims and other personal injury claims, such as automobile accidents.
When not working, Ms. Robin enjoys spending time with her three boys.
